Paisley Close teaches alignment-based classes combining held poses and slow flow, with a masterful blend of purpose-driven yoga for body, mind and heart. She invites options and variations to empower choice and personalization within the practice, with plenty of time to breathe, plus practical tools to help you stay centered off the mat.
Taking inspiration from current science on the myofascial network, as well as trauma and the nervous system, Paisley weaves this modern information together with yoga philosophy to provide a well-rounded experience for her students.

Most weekends are spent outdoors with her husband, while weekdays she balances her time with teaching, working out, knitting, making up raw dessert recipes and fostering rescued dogs.
