Yin Yoga with Ayurvedic Marma Point Therapy
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Did you know one of the reasons you feel so good after a yoga class is because you are stimulating and working certain marma points (vital energy centers) in your body? Marma points are pranic hubs where the physical and subtle bodies meet and are powerful centers of potential healing. Yin yoga, with its long holds and energetic focus is the perfect practice in which to explore marma deeper. In some schools of Ayurveda marma is thought to be the main gateway to healing and an avenue to Samadhi. In this unique session, you will learn about marma therapy and then be lead through a Yin yoga practice designed to open the body in a specific way as to access these vital energy points on a deeper level. The class will finish with a long savasana accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and connected.
