The tour with Mark will include an explanation of how the vortex influence our physiology and why we feel different when interacting with them in some capacity. It will include the use of sound instruments to enhance one;s connection and opening to these energy fields. Also, simple guided visualization exercises, including breathing techniques. He will take you to different locations in the same general area to expose you to the varying frequency shifts that stimulate the chakras.
