Learn the fundamentals of floating and inversions in a playful, safe and supportive environment. Using principles of proper alignment we will cover the basics of handstand, headstand and forearm balance as well as explore more advanced inversion variations and floating drills for those who are ready to fly. We'll cover anatomy basics and deconstruct each pose from the ground up. We'll also learn partner spotting drills, which is an invaluable tool for both teachers and practitioners. Whether you have been practicing for years or are just finding your wings, this workshop will offer something for everyone. Bring a yoga mat and playful spirit!
