We will discuss and practice around the 20 Key Elements of Tantra, Ayurveda, Birther/Dancer Forms, rasa (emotions as portal). For men and women alike, this is a ground-breaking training within the history and future of yoga. We will set aside patriarchal paradigms of practice, and enter into the adventure from the body upwards. Come prepared to deeply listen, feel and to leave with a new understanding of classical yogic terminology and practic.

This is an on the land experience. Participants will travel with instructor, and be guided by Aumbase Sedona Coconino Nat'l FS permitted guide Carrie Khonya to Chapel Trail. Meet in lobby for shuttle.
