This training will delve into the chakras (energy centers) as archetypes of our psychology, as well as portals into puri cation and becoming power. You will leave with an understanding of kundalini and laya yoga. You will become intimate with the enormous potentiality of the subtle body which permeates, enlivens, and informs the physical, emotional and mental bodies. You will access untapped wisdom, power and dormant potentials by working with the chakras, exploring the various levels of meaning/archetypes in their symbolism and within your own personal embodiment and “story.” We will also use the chakras as reference points for systematic relaxation, restoring energy, and overcoming symptoms of stress and past stored events.
