Many traditions of yoga build heat in the body as a method of melting away toxins and tension-this is only half of the practice. YOGA NIDRA includes gentle (moon cycle) vinyasas to slow the body down, hip openers to release patterns from the deep muscle fascia and restorative poses to flood the body with vitality. The next step on this healing journey will be soothing pranayama and a guided yoga nidra practice designed to bring the body into a state of relaxation that is deeper than sleep. If you have been doing a lot of yoga and wonder why you are still fatigued, YOGA NIDRA will provide the RE-FUEL experience you are looking for.
