Yoga Tools and Practices This session will feature a yoga tool kit to be used by anyone, anywhere. We come from many different walks of life, and along the way we experience trauma and challenges. What is clear is that our country is calling out for healing. We are ready. We will hold the space for you to make your own discoveries. Most importantly, we will share empowering tools that you yourself can use every day. Anything is possible. You are unstoppable!
