Come experience this guided form of meditation that can uncover deep states of peace, healing and resiliency. The workshop will include both an explanation of the practices of iRest Yoga Nidra, as well as calming breathing exercises and a long, deep guided meditation (iRest is practiced lying down in a comfortable position so bring a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable). Clinical research is showing iRest's efficacy with insomnia, chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety and depression. iRest is also an easy and effective way to experience deep states meditation. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.
