This workshop is not designed to diagnose a back issue but to offer exercises and movements to stretch, strengthen, and soothe your spine while teaching you to move through your life with more postural awareness and less discomfort. The back discomfort we will address is due to muscle tightness, imbalance, or improper alignment.
