Some of us learned to keep our feelings hidden because it wasn't safe to express them. Some of us have been struggling for years with chronic pain; unresolved emotional trauma; literally locking up our bodies with disease, discomfort, depression or more. Did you know your voice is one of the most powerful medicines available to you? Did you know that the very sound of your voice can help heal the deepest trauma and release the most stubborn blocks and emotional scars? Did you know that the sound of your own, uniquely beautiful voice can be a healing balm for yourself and others — and open a doorway to your soul? In this two hour hands-on experiential workshop, you will begin to identify and break through some of the limiting beliefs about yourself and your voice that have kept you from authentically expressing yourself with passion, authenticity and joy. Together, we will learn some simple, easy healing sound practices that will help you open to the beauty and power of your own healing voice.
