The launch of Sangha Relations has been featured on NBC, ABC, and other major news sites over the past few months.This amazing initiative focuses on the incorporation of Yoga Philosophy and Practices in Childhood Development as a way of addressing the complex needs of many children and youth in todays world.
Join Founder and Director, Anjili Russell, as she shares with you the framework of nurturing and development a child in four distinct areas, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and how yoga philosophy and practices work together to foster a child’s development in all four areas simultaneously. You will leave feeling inspired by Anjili’s real world experience, both personal and professional, in the use of yoga philosophy and practices to create long lasting change and move our children towards self-actualization and whole-being as balanced, content, & happy adults.
