The Dynamic Meditation is an active morning meditation using breath, sound and movement to unlock and release unwanted emotional and behavior patterns. It creates an opening of spiritual transformation through the body side of the mind-body-spirit trilogy. It can help identify blocks and soften or eliminate them so that healing and transformation can occur. The meditation will be an introductory half-hour active exercise, with eyes closed and focused on the inner state. There are five stages: chaotic and deep breathing, cathartic emotional release, upward energy flow and calling in of the divine (HU), witnessing, and celebration. It uses the breath to energize energies stored in our cells, memory energies that contain patterns of outdated behavior. This is an excellent practice for reclaiming centeredness when distracted by life dramas.

  • Special Instructions to Particip Wear loose clothing and footwear that will protect your feet as we will be jumping and bouncing alot. This is a modified half-hour, highly active and vocal, deep breathing process with a period of silence within it. Though typically resulting in a pleasant feeling, please do not attend if currently you are experiencing trauma or crisis.
