A Warrior’s Connection to the Earth: Be Grounded, Centered, and at Home in the Body FULL

Call Earth chi into your body through the Root Chakra for grounding. Tap into the energy of the Sacral Chakra for an empowered center. Practice dynamic and intensive exercises from the Warriors Way for being centered, empowered, and activated in the midst of life, battle, and chaos. Tone and strengthen your body with partner, resistance exercises using Qi Gong breathing techniques and Kung Fu stances and movements. Develop Iron Body Qi gong exercises to significantly increase energy and strength; used to condition the body, breath, and chi to protect the body from harm and damage. Learn Kung Fu stances that generate earth chi into the energy system of the body and channel energy. Improve your breath control and stamina with partner exercises designed to make the Warrior Stand like a Mountain while ready to Flow like a River. Be prepared to work hard, chi up, and test your limits.

This is an on the land experience. Participants will travel with instructor, and be guided by Aumbase Sedona Coconino Nat'l FS permitted guide Taylor Kirtz to Yavapai Vista. Meet in lobby for shuttle.
