This is a trip to the spa for your brain. Experience deep relaxation and a letting go emotionally and mentally. Connect to your center and open your heart space to self-love. You will be gently guided through a loving-kindness metta practice with binaural beat music to experience tangible inner peace and love. Buddha said it best; "No one is more deserving of your love and compassion than yourself." Loving yourself is the healthiest thing you could possibly do. Treat yourself and leave refreshed and revitalized.
