Hatha Yoga is a mind/body method of yoga. The foundation of the class is concentration, alignment, balance, healthy breathing and a mindful practice. Each contributes to the optimum development of posture, body and mind. Works the upper body and your core. A total of 84 Asanas derived from Bishnu Ghosh Lineage and Tony Sanchez. It is a comprehensive workout from the skin to bones including internal organs, muscles and skeletal system. Each series develops and stimulates specific areas of the body in a unique way, and all contribute to the strength and flexibility of the spine.
