Have you ever held your breath when things got tough? Have you ever breathed a huge sigh of relief? That is no coincidence… as your breath flows, so goes your life. Every tradition has a breath practice that brings you a direct knowing of Spirit. The practice of Integrative Breathwork utilizes a fully connected breath (inhale/exhale with no pause), sound with music and toning, as well as intention. On a physical level, this connected breath practice will expand your respiratory system, increase oxygenation and decrease toxins in the body, giving you more energy and vitality. On a mental/emotional level, this practice supports the release of suppressed and repressed emotions as well as limiting patterns and beliefs. Integrative Breathwork is a cathartic breath practice intended to integrate stuck energies in your bio energetic field in which most practitioners experience less anxiety, more peace, more joy and a deep connection to Self. The session starts with a 30min discussion of how the practice works, theory and logistics, followed by a 45min full practice. Bring a mat, pillows, and a blanket to make a comfortable breathing nest.
