Elka will guide you on how to feel each movement of your body and letting the freedom of thoughts and guidance leading you into a transcendental experience by shaking the hips into the unlimited. You will be inspired by others as we come together into a playful way to connect with each other. She will cool down the body with opening heart sequencing while doing Tantra exercise, then diving into a cooling pranayama and renovating the body with a deep Savasana. You will experience something like you never had before because each movement will take you into a new sensation. This class is suitable for everyone. You don't need a flexible body but an open mind.
