Elemental AcroYoga Workshop The Base-ics: An immersive introduction to the full spectrum of the AcroYoga practice in a safe, supportive atmosphere. Learn new skills, enjoy the community, and soak in the practice. The mindfulness of yoga will provide the foundation from which to explore the power of Acrobatics and the softness of Therapeutics. The interplay of all three disciplines will empower you to embody the practice with grace, ease, and joy.
