Cassandra holds space for people to trust their intuition, rise above influence, and choose joy! This Chicago native began her path as a yoga teacher over 10 years ago at age 19. A passionate student, she continually furthers her studies with travels, trainings and workshops. She shares her love with the world as an E- RYT/ YACEP Yoga and Meditation Teacher, an Aerial Yoga Teacher, a Vibrational Sound Therapist, a Sound Practitioner, a Yoga Nidra facilitator, a Reiki Master, a Lightworker, a poet, a muse and a mentor. She is the founder of Choose Joy, LLC - a platform for her services, continuing education workshops, events and retreats. Cassandra has co-created many programs, including a non-profit.
